Finally, A Place For The Rich To Be Rich Under The Big Sky
As a native Montanan, I'm so happy to see our state opening up to the one percenters. To have this oppressed and limited segment of society have access to our state is long over-due. It's almost like until the pandemic, Montana was a secret that we all kept.

For Too Long, Montana Has Been Open To Anyone Seeking Adventure
It is refreshing to see this small portion of the human race buying up our state, and putting crazy expensive housing up and private resorts. How long must they be expected to sit in the same restaurant in the same section as the poors? How can you possibly expect this elite and neglected group mingle in the same place that their waiter may frequent? What about a bar with regular people in there? And GOD FORBID, they stand in line at a chair lift like some kind of a peasant.
Finally, Dubai Investors Buy Up A Huge Chunk Of Our State
What a relief to find out that a group called One & Only has bought up a bunch of land in Moonlight Basin. Now, at last, the one percenters can have the access to prime Montana real estate like they so richly deserve.
Here's how One & Only describe themselves:
Nestled in hand-picked corners of the planet, discover havens of unrivalled comfort that immerse you in the sights, sounds and tastes of ‘here’
There Are Three Elite Clubs In The Basin
There is Moonlight Basin/Reserve at Moonlight Basin, Spanish Peaks Mountain Club and The Yellowstone Club. Finally, the one percenters have a place to mingle under the big sky without having to deal with actual Montanans, unless we're serving them in some capacity.
Here's a peak:
