Ever notice all the Energy Drinks at the convenience stores these days?  There may be less people drinking soda, but WOW energy drinks have gained in popularity for sure!

While coffee seems to remain the #1 energy drink overall, brands like Red Bull are coming in hot.  Energy drinks are a Multi-Billion dollar industry.  That's Billion with a "B".

I am not a fan of coffee.  Smells great, but I'm not going to drink it.  (gosh, I wish it worked that way with chocolate)  I love me some "bang".  Blue Razz is my fave.  Just like many folks, I get a little sleepy in the afternoon.  Nap time seems to roll around about 2-3 o'clock every afternoon.  An energy drink after lunch and before 2pm seems to keep me feeling UP without keeping me awake in the middle of the night.  However, it looks like I may have to find a new favorite.  Monster and Red Bull continue to grow as bang deals with lawsuit drama.

  5. Anxiety
  6. Dehydration

Now ask yourself why they mix this stuff with alcohol.  Uppers and Downers - what a trip!
