More than 25,000 containers of Good & Gather Baby Pea, Zucchini, Kale & Thyme Vegetable Puree were distributed around the country, and they contain elevated levels of lead.

The Food and Drug Administration has this recall as a class II event meaning most illness is reversible and the chances of long-term adverse effects is low.

What Do You Do If This Baby Food Is In Your Home?

Do not feed it to your child. Either throw it away or bring it back to Target for a refund.

If you fed this baby food to your child, it's may be prudent to bring them into the doctor and have them tested. Always err on the side of caution.
