Let's run down what's going down in the Electric City.
From The Electric:
Panera Bread:
We've all seen stuff going on at the old JB's location on 10th. At the end of it all, JB's will be demoed and a new Panera will be in it's spot. The building was purchased by Pan Montana and is expecting to start building as soon as their second building permit is approved by the city.
Take 5 Oil Change:
The new Take 5 is open at 1300 10th Avenue South
The Glass Bucket:
A Speakeasy section of the Magpie that's open 5p-Midnight.

Northwestern Energy Office Move In Great Falls:
The customer service office for Northwestern Energy has moved to #1 1st Avenue South, downtown Great Falls. They're open Monday through Friday from 8a-5p. The new location offers walk-in, drive-up and drop-off services.

Pizza Ranch:
This one has been in the works for awhile. I drive by the old JoAnn's and it looks like stuff is going on, but like I said, Pizza Ranch has been in the works for awhile.
There is still no opening date for Pizza Ranch. The only kind of timeline I could find was from the Electric:
"Tim Mazzaferro told The Electric at the end of June that they’re projecting sometime in September, but it’s dependent on construction, which is currently underway."
Thanks to The Electric for the reporting.
