Montanans Pardoned In Capitol Riot Include Proud Boys Founder
Trump Granted Around 1,500 Pardons To January 6 Rioters
In my opinion, it's hard to believe, but some of the most vocal and visible people in the January 6, 2021 attempt to overthrow our government were from Montana.
Ever Heard Of Langville Montana? Urban Legend or Government Cover-Up?
I've followed this with some veracity as I feel that people who commit treason should, at the very least, be banished from America, and at the most, be executed via firing squad. I'm totally serious about that. You do that to a few extremist American traitors, and they suddenly stop their shenanigans. It's so strange. Apparently, when it's their life at risk, violence and destruction may not seem so fun.
The Montanans Set Free By Trump's January 6th Pardons
- Stewart Rhodes - Sentence Commuted: Founder of the Proud Boys and former attorney. Rhodes was disbarred by Montana in 2015. Rhodes was serving an 18 year sentence for Seditious Conspiracy at a federal prison in Maryland. His estranged family still lives in Montana and do not share his beliefs.
- Isaac Sturgeon - Pardoned: From Dillon, serving a 6 year prison term after being convicted of over 6 charges stemming from his involvement in the riot. He was serving his term in a prison in Ohio
- Frank Dahlquist - U.S. Attorney General instructed to dismiss the case. From Helena, Dahlquist was set to go to court on January 27, 2025 for allegedly pepper spraying and assaulting police officers during the attack on the capitol
- Jerod and Joshua Hughes - Pardoned Brothers from East Helena were among the first people in the capitol. They can be seen in numerous pictures and videos with Officer Eugene Goodman. The brothers turned themselves in on January 11, 2021. Both men pled guilty to Obstruction of an Official Proceeding and Aiding and Abetting. Jerod was sentenced to 3 years 10 months. Josh was sentenced to 3 years 2 months with that sentence being reduced to 2 years 9 months
- Hank Muntzer - Pardoned From Dillon, Muntzer was convicted of felony civil disorder, another charge of obstruction of an official proceeding, was later dismissed. He turned himself in January 3, 2025 in California. He was sentenced to 2 years in prison and 12 months of supervised release
- Boyd Camper - Pardoned Formerly from Missoula signed a plea deal in August 2021 admitting to parading, demonstrating or picketing in Capitol buildings. He was sentenced to 60 days
- Andrew Cavanaugh - Pardoned From Bozeman, Cavanaugh pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor of parading, demonstrating and picketing in the Capitol building. Sentenced to 2 years probation and 60 hours of community service
- Patrick O’Brien - Pardoned From Great Falls, O'Brien took his young son to Washington DC, and was seen in pictures inside of the Capitol building and in front of Nancy Pelosi's office and the entrance to the Senate. He took a plea of parading, demonstrating or picketing in Capitol building and was sentenced to 3 years probation, 3 months in home detention, 100 hours of community service and ordered to pay $500 in restitution
Now Is The Time To Take A Look At Presidential Pardons
If you look at this mess above of letting insurrectionists run free, and how Joe Biden was sure to pardon members of his family before he left office, Obama issued over 330 pardons (more than the last 13 presidents combined), Clinton pardoning Mark Rich and many others, and I could go on and on.
Did You See The Great Save By This Semi-Driver In Montana? You Won't Believe It
Presidential pardons are ridiculous no matter what party you're in. Every single person who was pardoned for any crime now thinks they can just do whatever they want.
Our founding fathers would have been disgusted by all of these shenanigans.
