YEP! The New JoAnn Store Is Closing In Great Falls

I'm not talking about new places that are already open like Ocean Star Seafood Company or The Station District. I'm talking about the places we keep hearing are coming to Great Falls, and they aren't here/open yet.

Could a Win-co and Panera be in our future? I won't lie, the thought of either one of them make me happy, and that's just the tip of the iceberg.

• In the old JoAnn Fabric Location at 2515 10th Avenue South
• Biggest location in Montana
• Family pizza buffet with beer, wine, arcade zone and party rooms

Kellergeist, Great Falls, Montana

• Expanding to take seating from around 20 to accommodations for 120

JB's, Great Falls, Montana

• Recently purchased by Pan Montana
• Pan Montana operates Panera restaurants around the state
• There is no official word as to Panera moving to Great Falls

Chick-Fil-A

• Chick-Fil-A has submitted a traffic study to the City of Great Falls and MDOT
• A building permit has not been filed

Win-Co

• Win-Co has bought the old Shopko building on the Northwest side of Great Falls
• There have been no permits filed to open anything

Protech Steel, Great Falls

• Opened a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility
• Still does steel roofing and siding

A New Fitness Center In The Holiday Village Mall Great Falls, Montana

• Vision General Contractors filed a renovation permit
• No word to WHAT fitness center is going in
