Camp Out In The Backyard
Set up camp in the back yard. Nothing is more fun than something different. The kids can learn all about setting up a tent and camp then have a fun backyard adventure.
Picnic Meals
It doesn't matter if it's lunch or dinner, a picnic is always fun. Again, you can wrap this fun activity with learning. Whatever they want for lunch, teach them how to make it.
Hang Out At The River Or Go To A Lake
It is so cool to live somewhere where a river runs right through town. Swimming, fishing, hanging out and exploring. The fun is endless

Take In An Event
There is so much going on here for the summer that's great for the family. From Farmer's market to free summer concerts, you're sure to find something fun to do.
Do Nothing Days
Sometimes, the best days are the days where there are no plans at all. Maybe everyone stays in their pajamas and you watch movies all day. Maybe everyone does their own thing for the day. Maybe the family gets out their favorite book and everyone takes turns reading it out loud. The possibilities are endless.
