One thing that surprised me, at first, was the lack of emphasis on the historic farmhouse. The ranch includes a 3,834 square foot, 5-bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom home situated nicely near the ranch headquarters. The original home was built in 1932 and an addition was added to the residence in the late 1950s.
