An Observation
While writing this, I was a bit stunned by how long QVC (Who's parent company is Home Shopping Network) had been selling this defective product before they issued a recall. Then, I found out that this isn't the first time they've stalled telling consumers about defective products they sold.
According to CBS News, "HSN last year agreed to pay a $16 million fine for waiting years to disclose a dangerous defect in millions of clothes steamers despite getting reports of dozens of injuries and numerous customer complaints."
Not cool, QVC, not cool.
