It was a sad day for Great Falls.

So many of us in Great Falls have happy memories of Peres Food Basket. It could be getting your Montana Lottery tickets, getting your penny candy fix, laughing with the staff and decades more of Great Falls happy memories from that little tiny corner neighborhood store.

I thought for sure that Food Basket would sell quickly.

I Can't Believe Peres Food Basket Is Still For Sale

The first article I wrote, I got the information for the sale from the Remax website. This time, I was scrolling through Facebook, and found out it's still for sale, and now being handled by Dascoulias Realty Group.

In their post, they mentioned that the price has been reduced to $75,000.

The Asking Price For Peres Food Basket Is Shockingly Low

I know absolutely zero about buying/owning/running a business. I thought that a store that is so embedded into the hearts and minds of the community and most certainly the neighborhood would cost more. A lot more than $75,000.

This Would Be Such A Great Property To Invest In

If I had the knowledge to run a small business and the money to buy it with, I would buy this in a heart beat. With a little love and a whole lot of dedication, this store could continue to be a neighborhood gem for decades to come in Great Falls.
