Breaking the Game: Montana Is Full Of Wordle Cheaters
Shame on you, Montana.
Why the virtual slap down? I'll tell you why, we're a state full of cheaters. I don't mean cheat on your spouse cheaters. It's much worse than that. I'm talking cheating at a game, and that game is Wordle.
I'm not on the cheat at Wordle List, and I can prove it. I didn't even know what it was until I looked it up when I found out we're all cheating at it. Just incase you're like me, here's what Wordle is from Wikipedia:
Wordle is a web-based word game created and developed by Welsh software engineer Josh Wardle. Players have six attempts to guess a five-letter word, with feedback given for each guess in the form of colored tiles indicating when letters match or occupy the correct position. The mechanics are similar to the 1955 pen-and-paper game Jotto and the television game show franchise Lingo. Wordle has a single daily solution, with all players attempting to guess the same word
So, it's that game that you couldn't escape in 2022 on your Facebook feed. Some really smart (or cheating) friend of yours puts up the word and says "3". Ew. Just seeing that on my feed made me never want to play it. Remember?
Capitalize My Title did an entire article on the states that cheat at Wordle. Right at the tippy top, with 554 cheaters per million people, is the great state of Montana. (Apparently full of people who want other people to think they're smart when really, a box of hammers has a bigger IQ.)
Shame on you Wordle cheaters and then braggers.
