A Popular Apple In Montana Juice Is Being Recalled
Another week, another food recall in Montana. This week, it's a recall on a popular brand of apple juice.
There's A Decent Chance This Apple Juice Is In Your Pantry
The apple juice being recalled was shipped between March 13, 2023 and September 27, 2023. The company says a majority of the apple juice in this recall was shipped before July 28, 2023.
Why Is This Apple Juice Being Recalled A Year Later?
It was recently that the State of Maryland found samples of the apple juice from one production lot tested positive for inorganic arsenic. The FDA set an acceptable level of arsenic in apple juice in June of 2023 due to arsenic sometimes occurring naturally. This apple juice exceeds that limit.
