There's A New Hotel/Extended Stay Brand In Great Falls

I was driving by the old Perkins and Mid-town hotel, and I saw a new sign:

What Is Aisling Properties?

There is a website that features the Aisling Suites and an extended stay building here in Great Falls.

The Mid-town Motel is now An Aisling Property

Looking on their booking site, it looks like the rooms have been refreshed.  The rates start at $48.85 a night (as of date of writing). Still no word on a restaurant in the area of the hotel where Perkins used to be.

Aisling Suites, Great Falls

A little down from the Mid-town, you'll find Aisling Suites.  A building has been remodeled and furnished for longer term Great Falls rentals.

You can rent different sized furnished apartments starting at around $90 a night (as of date of writing).

Is Aisling Suites A Montana Company?

I don't think so.  It appears to be a national company that is making their way to Montana.  From the Aisling Suites website, it looks like (as of writing) they're only in Missoula and Great Falls here in Montana.

In Missoula, it doesn't APPEAR that Aisling Suites has acquired an actual hotel like in Great Falls.  It looks like they're renting out either homes or apartments.

Who Are They?

While I love that older buildings and properties are getting new life breathed into them, I don't love that it's from an out-of-state company.  I don't love that it's hard to find out who they are and who is running this company.  I don't love we can't see how much property around Montana they're snatching up from local Montanans and turning them into corporate entities.

I do like how affordable their properties are.
