Why Decorating For Halloween Feels So Good Right Now
The holiday season is finally here. Usually, I'm not much for Halloween. I don't hate it or anything, but it's not my favorite holiday. I mean why would I want to be someone else when being me is so awesome?
However, this has been a tough year in America, so if you need to get through it by doing the holidays up to the hilt, then that is what you should be doing.

My goodness, at this time in American history, just do whatever puts a smile on your face.
I've Been Thinking A Lot About Halloween Trees
Not that I have room in my tiny little house, but if I did, I might be tempted.
You've probably seen them around. Halloween trees are generally black and decorated with purple or all kinds of halloweeny things from scary stuff to cute stuff.
Aren't they adorable? The prices range from around $25-$30 to insanely high prices and they're easy to find anywhere.
Holiday Decorations Are Medically Proven To Improve Your Well-Being
Psychology Today says these are the reasons that decorating for the holidays can make you more emotionally centered:
- Decorating for the holidays gives you a boost in social circles by showing friendliness and approachability
- The nostalgia of holiday decorating and family decorations do so much for family groups to ease collective anxiety, deepen social bonds and more
- Early decorating can bring you a happier, more connected winter season
Whatever your reasons, take a little bit of time to take care of you this holiday season. If that means a Halloween Tree, then more power to ya.
