Great Falls Why Are We Eating Ourselves Alive?
Great Falls, What Are We Doing?
The other day, Nick Northern and I were talking about how great Great Falls used to be when it came to politics.
I always liked it here because I'm an independent. The person that liberals say is too conservative and conservatives say is too liberal. I call myself a moderate.
Great Falls has always felt like more than just the best town in Montana. It seems like it had the common sense that so many other Montana towns lacked. Great Falls used to be smart enough to take care of the TOWN we love before satisfying anyone's political wishes. Sure, there were radicals in both parties, but for the most part, the 2 sides were always willing to work together for the sake of our lovely little Montana river town.

Things are so different now.
Everything Is So Extreme In Great Falls
If you think Sandra Merchant was doing a great job you're bashed for being MAGA.
If you think that the library funding should be left alone, you're a commie Marxist.
What ever happened to helping the whole town be the greatest little river town in Montana?
This Us-VS-Them Mentality is Killing Us
Now, parties are splitting votes. I'm talking about the commission race between Eric Heinbach and Rae Grulkowski. Both, registered Republicans. Grulkowski lost the primary, so now, instead of supporting the victorious Republican, Eric Heinbach, she's declared she's running a write-on campaign. It's insane. Take the loss. Kindergartners do it all the time. Support your people, kindergartners do it all the time.
They are eating themselves alive and it sucks to watch
This AI Totally Roasts Great Falls, and It's AMAZING
Great Falls, we have a real chance to get back to normal. You know, the kind of town that cares about everyone, no matter their political affiliation, religion, side of town, high school attended, whatever. It shouldn't really matter because this is home to us all.
Please vote.
