The Rocking Chair Ranch, Philipsburg, Montana
This is a spectacular ranch near Philipsburg. Before I get into all the amazing features of this Montana ranch, I have to tell you about it's cool history.
This Sprawling Ranch Was The Home Of Ex-Soviet Fighter Pilot Viktor Belenko
From The New York Post:
Here's a synopsis of the story:
In 1976, a soviet pilot defected to the United States during a training exercise. He was flying a MiG-25 Foxbat, a supersonic interceptor. He flew to Japan, defected to America and gave the plane to the government along with sharing soviet military secrets. When asked where he wanted to live in America, Belenko said he wanted to live on a ranch in the western United States. The CIA agent know the Vietor family, ranchers, and this is where they decided to send him.
Cool, right?
