Want To Have A Blast This Montana Summer? Head For A Small Town
Summer in Montana can be a lot of fun, especially in a small town. Have you ever been to Whoop Up in Conrad, The Augusta Rodeo or Dutton Fun Days? Nobody does fun like a small town.
I thought it would be cool to highlight a couple of cool small town events that are just around the corner, and in completely different parts of the state.
Grizzly Day, Dupuyer
Saturday, August 5th, take the short drive to Dupuyer for this annual event to help finance improvements to Dupuyer Community Hall.
This Grizzly Day event features everything you have come to expect from a small town celebration:

Lincoln Art and Music Festival, Lincoln
The Lincoln Art and Music Festival is a two day event in Lincoln over August 12th and 13th.
From the Lincoln Council of the Arts:
The Lincoln Arts Festival features artists from all areas of the country along with wonderful local Montana artist(s) with many different art forms on display.
Join us this summer to experience this fun filled festival and our wonderful Blackfoot Valley.
This is a free event the whole family can enjoy. Bring some chairs and get ready for plenty of live music, great food and even a coloring contest for the kids. Check out their Facebook page to see pictures from last years' event.
While you're in Lincoln, don't miss Sculpture in the Wild.
