Is This A Part Of The Crazy Going On In DC Right Now?

Before rumors start flying and people start going nuts, this has absolutely NOTHING to do with DOGE or anything like that. It's simply policy at the Social Security Administration.

• The Social Security Administration has not been cut
• Social Security Benefits are still being paid.

Kinda crazy that we live in a world where our government has us worried that the elderly will be cut off from their retirement pittance, but that's another story.

Why There Will Be No Social Security Benefits Paid In March, June, September and November 2025

From News Nation: When the first of the month falls on a Saturday or Sunday or on a holiday, payments will be sent out on the last weekday of the month before. For March 2025, that means checks will be sent out on Friday February 28th.

It's nothing to fear. In fact, it's early payday four times in 2025: Early payday Months are March, June, September and November.

When Did Social Security Start In The United States? (From SSA)

• Social Security Act signed by President Franklin D. Roosevelt on August 14, 1935
• Taxes for Social Security began in 1937
• A first lump sum payment was sent out that same month in 1937
• Regular monthly payments began in 1940
