Could Society Collapse In Our Generation?
The collapse of society as a thought has been evident in the past with countries and territories in the world since recorded history as well as written in science fiction.
There's always a thought of our own culture, the world that we know vanishing or just crumbling over time. It may be a thought with you especially with the political climate our country is currently in no matter where anyone stands in a party line.
In the early 1970's, group of researchers at MIT predicted because of the rate of growth humans were at, that we could witness the collapse of society mid 21st century.

According to a Vice article, new research into the very same study suggests that we are right on track for these things to happen.
They attribute this finding to a tern called "Limits of Growth".
This means according to the KPMG is an industrial collapse in mid-century due to "overexploitation" of Earth's resources.
It concludes that the current business-as-usual trajectory of global civilization is heading toward the terminal decline of economic growth within the coming decade—and at worst, could trigger societal collapse by around 2040.
2040.
That's about sixteen(16) years and three(3) months away.
Not to mention that The Doomsday Clock from The Bulletin of Atomic Sciences is at 90 seconds to midnight as well. That's other concern within itself.
I'm not too sure if this information is out to scare anyone even though it just might. it seems like a wake up call for the people in control of major industry on our planet to maybe think about how things are done and how they can help future generations to enjoy the planet.
