Nothing sets a heart to joy quite as much as a good reunion story.  I just happened upon one today that I wanted to share.

In January, a stray dog was brought into the Great Falls Animal Shelter.  They called him Kenai.  Kenai was adopted out to two different families, returned both times as too much for the family to handle.

Fast forward to April.  The owner of Kenai had been searching diligently for his lost best friend.  One day, he checked the Petco Love Lost Page on the Great Falls Animal Shelter website, and he spotted what he believed to be his dog, Bear.  This page features stray animals that have brought into the Great Falls Animal Shelter.

After some photo exchanges and some back and forth with the shelter, they agreed that Kenai was actually Bear and his owner had finally been found.  His owner was on the brink of getting another dog because he thought he may never see his beloved Bear again.  Then made the trip to Great Falls and they were reunited.  It only took Bear about five minutes to make the connection.
