We are gearing up for an electrifying weekend of AA basketball in Great Falls as we head into the last week of competition before the tournaments begin next Thursday. The CMR and Great Falls High boys teams will be hosting Billings West and Billings Skyview on alternating nights, promising thrilling matchups that you won't want to miss!

Join us on 99.9 Big Sky Sports this Friday evening as CMR takes on Billings West, followed by another exciting game on Saturday afternoon as Billings West visits Great Falls High. The tip-off for the Saturday game is set for 2 o'clock.

Headed For Billings

Meanwhile, the CMR and Great Falls High girls teams will be heading down to the Magic City to face off against the same opponents. The CMR girls will play at Billings West on Friday evening and then at Skyview on Saturday afternoon. The Great Falls High girls will play Skyview on Friday evening and then Billings West on Saturday afternoon.

Where Are Great Falls Teams In The Standings?

Currently, the CMR boys team is sitting at three and six, in fifth place in the East, while the Great Falls High boys are at one and seven, at the bottom of the pack. On the girls' side, the Great Falls High girls are at five and three, seated fourth in the tournament, while the CMR girls have an identical five and three record and sit at fifth place.

Billings Skyview is leading the AA girls basketball standings, undefeated at six and two, coming into the weekend in second place. Billings West boys are at four and four, in fourth place in the Eastern AA, while Billings Skyview boys are at six and five, seated number three in the Eastern AA.

The boys games are expected to be very competitive, while the girls games may not be as challenging as some fans would hope. Nonetheless, it promises to be an exciting weekend of basketball action!
