Great Falls Men Arrested For Raping & Drugging 15 Year Old

Two Men In Great Falls Accused of Drugging and Raping Underage Girl

The accused are William Allery and James Amato

James Amato is facing charges including sexual assault and promoting prostitution, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal endangerment.

William Allery has been charged with sexual intercourse without consent, promoting prostitution, endangering the welfare of a child, criminal endangerment and tampering with witnesses or informants.

Details Of The Incident

The 15 year old victim reported to Great Falls Police that she met the men and they gave her drugs and offered to help her sell sex.  She goes on to say she was forcibly drugged. They allegedly shot her up with what she thinks was meth and fentanyl.  She was then allegedly raped by multiple men.  The young woman says that she saw many men having sex with many girls that she thought were between the ages of 15 and 20.

The victim said that she was threatened not to tell anyone what was happening.  She feared for her own safety and the safety of her family.

Both Allery and Amato Have Been Arrested And Wait For Arraignment

• Lack of control over, money, personal possessions like bags, ID’s, or documents. May also be carrying very few possessions in a plastic bag.
• May be accompanied by a dominating person, or someone they seem fearful of. That controlling person may also be someone who does not seem to “fit”
• Young girl or boy hanging around outside a convenience store, truck stop, casino, or other location. May be approaching different vehicles or men they do not seem to know.
