Great Falls / Cascade County Emergency Communications Center
When you dial 911, you fully expect somebody to answer, no matter the day or time.
The Great Falls / Cascade County Emergency Communications Center operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and is staffed by 20 full-time emergency dispatchers.
They serve 40 agencies across the county and take calls for law enforcement, fire, and medical emergencies.
In 2024 alone, they handled over 34,563,911 calls.
911 Hiring Blitz
The upcoming hiring blitz offers a fast-track hiring process to become a 911 dispatcher.
This hiring blitz is designed to cut the processing time by about six weeks.
The hiring blitz will occur on May 22nd at the Emergency Communication Center at 3015 Airport Dr.
Applicants can attend between 10 AM and 2 PM to learn more and apply.

- Willing to work all shifts.
- Pass an extensive background check.
- Adhere to the city tattoo policy
