As summer winds down, many of us are gearing up for all the things fall and winter bring: a new school year, seasonal sports, events, etc.
But there are still plenty of people out there planning trips and making their way to the airport to get out of town.
TSA is Confiscating a Popular Children's Toy
Recently, the TSA reminded people (specifically parents) about the rules for bringing items on the plane because they're seeing an influx of kids having to throw away their Needoh toys.
If you're unfamiliar, NeeDoh toys are squishy toys filled with a polymer-like gel.

"It’s not Needoh for us to see any kid cry," the TSA said of confiscating the toys that violate policy.

"So, parents, if your child’s toys are filled with more than 3.4oz of gel or dough, please make sure to place them in a checked bag."

Now, in most cases, if you forget that you had a bottle of shampoo or something on you that doesn't meet requirements, you can just toss the item away.
Under certain circumstances however, TSA won't hesitate to make you pay for bringing a forbidden item aboard - literally.
