The City of Great Falls wants to plant a wide variety of trees in the popular park that offer sound barriers, shade, fall colors and other different features like cones, needles and even leaf shape to enhance the beauty and functionality of the park for everyone in Great Falls and Central Montana.

35 trees were sponsored by citizens and organizations around the Electric City last year.

The City of Great Falls needs our help to obtain the last 14 trees. The wish list:

  • 6 Ponderosa Pines at $650 each
  • 4 White Bur Oak running between $495-$770

How Can You Made A Donation To The Gibson Park Tree Fund?

Wouldn't it be so Chrismassy of Great Falls to get this all shored up for the holidays? It's easy to donate, and you can donate any amount you can afford. Maybe we can look at every dollar as a new leaf in our gorgeous little river town.

  • Donate on line with the People's Park and Rec Department. When you're in the donation tab, go to notes, and type Roots Revival Tree Fund
  • Stop in to the Great Falls Park and Rec Department at 1700 River Drive North in Great Falls to drop off a check. When donating by check, please not Roots Revival Tree Fund on the notes line
