This may be a hard pill to swallow, especially for a native Montanan like me. But not everything under the Big Sky is perfect. We may think it is, but sometimes an outside voice can bring to light to the blight.
That is certainly the case with a new article from the Flannels or Flipflops website. The target in this instance? RV campgrounds across the state and where they rank nationally.

My wife and I are fairly new to the RV camping lifestyle. Most of the years we spent in a tent, but as time has gone on, we definitely are loving having our own camper to relax in. But we haven't travelled that much with it, so some of these areas are unknown to us.

Much of that area involves exactly where this "worst" RV park in the state is located. I even had an idea where it would be located. Yep, the southeastern part of our state gets this accolade as the worst place to RV camp.

According to the article, the worst RV Campground within the borders of Montana lies in Billings, MT. The Yellowstone River RV Resort and Campground is rated the least desirable. Problems include:
- facility maintenance
- customer service issues
- cleanliness at the campground
