I may be way off base with this assessment, but I am going with it anyway.  I believe that one of the most underappreciated staffs that a city can have would be their park and recreation departments.

The amount of work that is seen by the public from this sector of the workforce is on display to everyone in every city across America, not just in Great Falls.  Do you know all the things that they help with across any given town?

Get In Shape Now For 44th Annual Road Race in Great Falls

Set for April 28th, registration for the 2024 event is on now, with special early sign-up deals.  You will have a chance to win one of two bikes provided by Pepsi, or punch passes at the new Scheels Aim High Big Sky Aquatic and Recreation Center.  You can register here.

The annual race has been named one of the top 100 road races in the country by Runner's World magazine.  It offers a 5-mile race, 3-mile run, and a 1-mile run/fitness walk and attracts about 3,600 racers each year.
