What Is The Friendliest Town In Montana?
I fully believe Montana has some of the nicest people you’ll meet anywhere in America.
That said, if you had to pick one town as the friendliest in the state, where would it be?

A lot of people love Montana because of the peace and quiet. In the smaller towns especially, it feels like everybody knows everybody. At the same time, there’s also so much open space here that if you want to be left alone, you absolutely can be.
Thankfully, not everyone under the Big Sky wants to keep to themselves. Plenty of people here go out of their way to make newcomers feel welcome.
That’s kind of what inspired “A Mission for Michael” when they set out to figure out which towns in America were the most likely to greet a stranger.
Is This The The Friendliest Town In Montana?
Now, no Montana towns cracked their national top 10 list, but one did manage to sneak into the top 100 as the friendliest town in the Treasure State.
That town was Kalispell.
Honestly, I haven’t spent enough time there to say whether they nailed it or not.
So now I’m curious what actual Montanans think. Is Kalispell really the friendliest town in Montana, or should another town have gotten the honor?
