It's that time of year again. Summer is (almost) here, and that means a long-running Great Falls tradition is about to make a return. Namely, the Great Falls Municipal Band and their free concerts at the Gibson Park bandshell.
On December 17, 1923, renowned composer and conductor John Philip Sousa and his band made a stop here in Great Falls, the first of what is believed to be at least three visits to the Electric City.
