Poor Circulation Can be Very Difficult in the Montana Cold

If you suffer from poor circulation in your limbs, the Montana cold weather months can be a little uncomfortable.  Being cold isn't fun.  I hated having to be out feeding cows with cold feet.

There is a hack of sorts that might help keep those toes warmer this winter.  Have you ever heard of putting peppers in your shoes to help with circulation?  Apparently, it is a thing, and it has been around for a while.

Capsaicin is Your Friend During the Cold in Montana

A common household spice holds the key to keeping your feet warm.  Using red pepper flakes or straight cayenne pepper can help promote circulation in your feet to help them stay warm.  The procedure is quite simple also.
