Great Falls Rolls Out Red Carpet for Montana Cowgirls Convention

In just a few more days, the parking lot of the Pacific Steel and Recycling Arena in Great Falls, Montana will be filled with rodeo contestants and fans alike.  It's almost time for the Montana Pro Rodeo Finals in the Electric City.

There will also be another big event when it comes to the western flavor of the week and weekend in Great Falls.  The Montana Cowgirls Association will be hosting their 65th annual Convention during the rodeo festivities.

Great Falls Rolls Out Red Carpet for Montana Cowgirls Convention

The Montana Cowgirls Association works to preserve the history wand western way of life of the women who have helped shape what our state looks like.  The association also gives back to communities, offering scholarships for aspiring college bound high school students.

The meeting in Great Falls will be a sort of homecoming for them, as the very first Montana Cowgirls Association event was held at the Park Hotel in the city.  The gala involved a tea party, style show and banquet.

How to Attend the 65th Annual Convention in Great Falls for the MCA

This year's annual convention will be held at the Heritage Inn Convention Center in Great Falls on January 17th, 2026.  The event begins at 11am and tickets are $35 to attend.  Speakers, presentations for Heritage and Legacy awards, scholarship announcements and more will be available for the public.
